RELEASE AGREEMENT

This release agreement is entered into between the undersigned (“Participant”) and the artist professionally known as Rob Glas (“Artist”).

PERMISSIONS

By Participating in this project, the participant grants the artist permission to use their likeness and the photographs taken as follows: The photographs taken of the participant may be used by the Artist as reference material for the creation of paintings. In addition, the photographs may be used for documentation of the artistic process, display at exhibitions, on the Artist’s website and social media platforms, or publication in print media along side the artwork.

COMPENSATION

The Participant agrees to receive no fee for participating in this project.

COPYRIGHT AND RESTRICTIONS

The Artist retains full copyright ownership of all photographs taken and paintings rendered.

The Participant may not reproduce, license, or otherwise use any images created as part of this project for commercial gain unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Artist.

TERRITORY AND DURATION

This agreement applies worldwide and remains in effect in perpetuity.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION

By providing their email address, the Participant consents to receive occasional emails from the Artist regarding future projects. The Participant is free to unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time. 

ACCEPTANCE AND SIGNATURES

By submitting this form the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this agreement.
